uninstall script fails on s390x with error 'Unsupported Architecture s390x'

When trying to uninstall the IBM Cloud CLI on s390x Linux, I get the following error:

Unsupported Architecture s390x

This should be easily fixable just by adding this architecture to the uninstall script in the respective case statement.
