Methods for interaction with placeholders was added to documentbuilder
Methods GetDrawingsByPlaceholderType в ApiSlide, ApiLayout, ApiMaster to get all objects of a given type
Placeholder's methods:
ApiPlaceholder.GetType;
ApiPlaceholder.SetIndex;
ApiPlaceholder.GetIndex;
