Add LEPSE library to nightly tests

LEPSE library will be added to OMPackageManager (see OpenModelica/OMPackageManager#58).

Also add the library to our nightly tests.

@AndrejFlorinskii the branch naming of the reference files repository doesn't follow the naming scheme of the library version.
There is a main branch, but LEPSE library doesn't have a main version/branch, only v1.2 (v1.1 is broken). Are the reference files for v1.2 only or always the latest release according to semantic versioning?

Usually we only test the latest or development version (HEAD on main/master) of a library and compare that to the reference files.

My suggestion: Use a default branch for your development of LEPSE (e.g. main) and add version tags for your releases or branch out into maintenance branches from a tagged release.

@AnHeuermann, I am sorry for some inaccuracies caused by the lack of experience of work in Github, but I am fast learner!
The reference files always for the latest release. The files of v1.2, which I renaimed to 1.2.0, according to semantic versioning, don't match conventions of the Modelica Standard Library, so this version, honestly, is not so necessary.
I did as you said - created "main" branch (defolt) and 2 releases - v1.1.0 and 1.2.0.

@AnHeuermann Could I know, what is the problem with v1.1 (now it is 1.1.0) version?
I just tested it in OMEdit - everything is ok, expect the need to save package.mo in the folder with name "LEPSE".
