Replace custom security workflow with Snyk + Sonarcloud badges

Removed: security.yml (pip-audit, bandit, semgrep, trufflehog)
Added: Snyk (dependency vulns with counts) + Sonarcloud (security
rating, reliability, maintainability, bugs, vulnerabilities)

Removed duplicate badges: PRs, repo size, dependabot, vulnerabilities
static badge, PyPI coming soon, files, LOC.

Clean badge set: CI, Beta, Release, Python, License, Snyk, Sonarcloud
(5 metrics), Stars, Issues, Last Commit, Detectors, Languages, Tests.
