Photos app freezes when sharing to Telegram while Telegram is not logged in

Description

When Telegram is installed but the user is not logged in, sharing a photo from the iOS Photos app to Telegram causes the Photos app / iOS share sheet to freeze.

Based on testing, this seems to be related to Telegram's Share Extension handling the not-logged-in state incorrectly.

Preconditions

• Telegram is installed
• The user is not logged in to Telegram
• The iOS Photos app is available

Steps to Reproduce

1. Install Telegram but do not log in to any account.
2. Open the iOS Photos app.
3. Select any photo.
4. Tap the Share button.
5. Choose Telegram from the iOS share sheet.

Actual Result

After selecting Telegram from the share sheet, the Photos app becomes frozen / unresponsive. The sharing flow cannot continue, and the user has to force close the Photos app or dismiss the frozen UI if possible.

Expected Result

Telegram should handle the not-logged-in state gracefully. For example, it should prompt the user to log in, show an appropriate message, or exit the share extension without causing the Photos app or share sheet to freeze.
