Configuration errors should be displayed for each YAML file

Steps To Reproduce

1. Set the configuration section with an invalid voice or locale
2. Have more than one test created
3. Run the tests

Expected behavior

The corresponding error is displayed only once

Actual behavior

The error is displayed for each test in the YAML file
