Specify the location of the specs directory

Currently, the specs directory and .specify are at the same level (under the warehouse root directory).

Is it possible to provide an option to migrate the specs directory to .specify/specs?

I know it can be done manually, but it requires many modifications and is not conducive to subsequent upgrades.
