fix(test): update pull/invalid-remote-state expected warning message (PSGO-198)

Update test fixture to match the new warning message introduced by the
push-validation-warnings feature: "Push will proceed with warnings for
configs already accepted by the server." replaces the old "Push operation
is only possible when project is valid."
