`vp pm dedupe`

Description

I wish to have the original pnpm dedupe command with vp

Dedupe is not supported with every pm (afaik), that why we are falling back to removing lockfile and reinstalling for nypm (https://github.com/unjs/nypm#dedupedependenciesoptions)
