Go to the Epic Online Services Dashboard.

Login with an Epic Account.
- If the Epic Account is a part of more than one organization, select the organization for the product in question.

From the Dashboard, find the product you wish to edit.

Click the 'Gear' to get to the Product Settings.

Click on 'Clients'.

If there are no clients, create a client for your product now. Refer to Epic Documentation for more details.

Select the ellipsis (The three 'dots'), then click on 'Client Policy'.

Scroll down to 'Voice', slide slider to 'on'.

Click on 'Voice', and enable createLobbyConference.
