+     * Council wants to keep nominated individuals who are not elected for a TEI-C Technical Contributors Program. 
+        * This would consist of an education program of tutorials, github, commandline, building the TEI-C Guidelines locally, submitting pull requests, advanced ODD structures, etc.

+        * Dimitra Grigoriou  recommends the #DariahTeach tutorials that Council might be able to direct people to in order to not reinvent the wheel.
