Build automation: Visual Studio

Need to have full build automation so that:

  1. JavaScript files are rendered to the /build directory. (done)
  2. Resultant files are automatically minified to *.min.js versions.
  3. Resultant *.min.js versions (or better) need to be used to appropriately generate AMD packages.
