HI @gabiqaa, Make sure to enable geolocation on both your OS and browser, as you need to share your location to submit the application and don't use a VPN. Next, submit the application using another device, such as a smartphone or another PC (I recommend using a phone). If you don't have another device, log out and log back into GitHub in incognito mode. If none of the above works, I recommend you contact support by opening a ticket here, select " |

Hi everyone,
Hello, I’m trying to apply for the GitHub Student Developer Pack.
My university email has already been successfully verified, but the application stops on the 'Education Benefits Application' page with the error 'Error getting location. Try again?' I can’t click 'Continue' to proceed and upload my documentation (student ID). I’ve checked and allowed location in my browser settings, but without success.
Could an administrator please help me bypass the location requirement or provide an alternative way to upload my proof and complete my application? Thank you.
