hello, I have a problem to upload my documents.
I tried to use my smartphone cam but the browser decided to use only my front camera.
Is there the option to upload a pdf or attach other type of files?

Hi @santiRBB, unfortunately not. I am currently enrolled in the MSc program. Although my student ID card shows a different year, I have all the documentation necessary to verify my current enrollment status, but it’s impossible to upload the required files. I have already tested multiple browsers (Edge, Chrome, Brave, Arc, Vivaldi, and Firefox) without success. My laptop doesn't have a built-in webcam, I’m using an external camera; I even tried to use OBS to emulate the video and upload the screenshot of the document, but that didn't work either.

I had to select another topic to be able to contact them. It was billing or payment issue I think.

I believe that with a free or student account it's impossible to create a ticket

Yeah, you're right, I try to open it several times but nothing but an AI responding happend. Anyways, thanks, I'll try another way
