Stuck in redirect loop after Student Pack revocation – unable to re-verify

Hi everyone,

I'm hoping a GitHub staff member or someone from the community can help. My GitHub Education Student Developer Pack was approved, but then revoked shortly after. I received the standard email asking me to re-verify my academic status, but I'm running into a technical issue that's preventing me from doing so.

The Problem:
When I click the re-verify link in the email or try to visit https://education.github.com/discount_requests/application directly, I get instantly redirected to https://github.com/pricing. This creates a loop where I can't access the application form at all.

What I've Tried:

Filled out my GitHub profile name and billing information completely

Tested multiple browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Edge)

Cleared cache and cookies, used Incognito/Private mode

Logged out and back in

Nothing works—the redirect always happens.

Support Ticket Issue:
I opened a support ticket (#4032791), but it was closed without any human reply or resolution.

Request:
Could a GitHub staff member please look into this? It seems like a server-side issue with my application state. I have my valid student ID ready to submit, but the system is actively blocking me from accessing the form. If someone could manually reset my application state so I can re-verify, I'd really appreciate it.
