Applications Always Rejected - Said Unclear Text and So on

Hi everyone,

I have been applying the student pack many times. But always reject, I tried from my phone and laptops but always rejected. They want us to show the letter on the camera, yet the website seems gonna compress the file that made the file unclear. I dont know how to pass it. I have been showing the dated enrollment letter, the student web portal, the profile portal page of my university. All of it got rejected.
