Hi everyone,
I'm a high school student trying to apply for the Student Developer Pack. I have my official enrollment certificate (which is in Russian) and, following the official guidelines, I took a single clear photo with an English translation on a separate piece of paper right next to it.
The problem is the automated system keeps rejecting my application. My GitHub profile and Billing information are correctly set to my name in Latin characters. However, the automated scanner seems to only pick up my name in Cyrillic from the official letterhead and completely ignores the English translation provided right next to it. Because of this, the bot claims my name doesn't match my billing info.
Has anyone else faced this issue with translated documents being ignored by the bot? Is there a way to escalate this for a manual review by the GitHub Education team? Thanks in advance!
