Student Pack Approval Help -rejected multiple times

​Hi,
​I'm trying to get the Student Developer Pack for my account, MK521G, but I've been rejected 3 times in a row and I don't know why.
​I uploaded my official school ID from ST. ANTHONY'S SECONDARY SCHOOL, but the system just won't take it. I really need these tools for a project I'm working on and it's frustrating to keep getting denied without knowing what’s wrong.
​Can someone please look into this? I'm happy to provide any additional proof if needed to get this sorted.

Make sure that you uploaded both side of the student card, you can use instagram story layout, splitting into 2 parts, above take the photo of front of the card and below the back side of the card.

Hello,

If your GitHub Student Developer Pack application was rejected due to academic affiliation verification, you can resolve it by updating your billing details and then reapplying. Please follow these steps:

1. Go to GitHub Settings.
2. Navigate to the Billing and Licensing section.
3. Open Education Benefits.
4. Select your rejected application.

You will see two blue links:

• Two-Factor Authentication
• GitHub Billing Information

5. Click GitHub Billing Information.
6. Fill in your billing details.

Note:

• It is not mandatory to add a payment method.
• Make sure the name in the billing details matches exactly with the name on your school ID card.

7. Save the billing information.
8. Then apply again for the GitHub Student Developer Pack.

After completing these steps, the application is usually verified and approved within about 30 minutes.

Thank you for your response.

I wanted to mention that I have already filled in all the required GitHub Billing Information, and the name in the billing details matches exactly with the name on my school ID card. However, my application for the GitHub Student Developer Pack was still rejected after that.

I also uploaded my school ID card as proof of academic affiliation. Additionally, my school does not issue student email addresses, so I am unable to apply using a school email.

Could you please let me know if there is any other document I should provide (for example a fee receipt or enrollment proof) to help verify my student status?
