Git Hub Payment Extra Charged

Hi,
I got GitHub Pro+ annual subscription and current usage is 83% for premium requests. How ever there is a 50$ payment deduction from the credit card with description as GitHub. But payment history shows only 390$ annual subscription. Is it possible that a extra 50$ charge could apply even when the there's 17% remaining in premium.
I've raised a ticket with GitHub but they haven't got back to me for more than a week now. If anyone has faced issues like this or knows the reason for something like this please lmk.

   Did you recently install any third-party apps, CI/CD tools, or integrations from the GitHub Marketplace?

What to check: Go to your account settings and check the Marketplace or Billing and plans section. Subscriptions to third-party tools often show up as a separate line item and bill on different cycles.

3. GitHub Sponsors
   Have you sponsored any developers or projects recently?

What to check: Check your Sponsorships page. Sponsor payments are processed by GitHub but are often billed separately from your main account features. A $50 tier is a common sponsorship amount.

4. Metered Overage Pre-authorizations
