Rejected applications! I can not provide a good ID photo using the browser's access to the camera!

Hi everyone,

The school ID has it's information written in Arabic.
The only method of uploading my ID is via the giving the browser access to the phone's camera.
The browser can not access the camera effectively (e. g. can not use the zoom, focus, or the light senstivity.
I am not capable of taking a good picture of my ID using the browser and that is the only acceptable method of uploding my ID.
My name in the profile picture is in English (not Arabic, as my ID).

I really do not know how can I upload a good ID photo in my case.
All my applications have been rejected!!
Please help me!
