Usage limit incorrectly reset to April 4th

My account was scheduled to reset on March 4th, 2026. However, as of today (March 5th), the interface states I have already reached my limit and that my next reset isn't until April 4th. This appears to be an error, as I have not used the service at all since the supposed March 4th reset. It seems the system skipped the March cycle entirely. Could you please look into my account and manually reset the usage?
