GitHub Education application is pending for 24 days now

Hi everyone,

This is my first time applying for GitHub Education, the proof I submitted should be in order, and it does match my name in the billing information/public profile name.

From what I've read, people usually receive a result within 3-5 days.. and I'm not sure about the next steps since apparently I can't ask support about the status of my application nor make any modifications to my existing application since it's greyed out, so I'm wondering if anyone else was/is in a similar situation and how it turned out.

I’d really appreciate any advice, tips, or resources. Thanks in advance for sharing your experiences!

The submission should normally be correct — the ID, .edu email, and the login location matching the college location. If something in these didn’t match, the application would usually have been rejected by now rather than staying pending.

I recommend either reapplying (if possible) or raising a support ticket to check the status. Sorry I couldn’t help more.
