- Updated project to use a shared eslint and prettier config (note majority of the changes are simple reformat/auto-fixes in the MCP project)
- removed use of TSX in dev script where it's not required
- Updates tsconfig for MCP project to use development conditions by default for IDE usage (see internal video for what this means)
