#18 creates mailer configuration in settings.yml. This should be part of the common profile as well. Edit: This is slightly more involved and should be a future RFE. I don't want to hold this up on that. |

Removes duplicated parameters from existing profiles. Also removes the short-lived ldap_configure pseudo-profile.

#20 factors ldap configuration out into a "pseudo-profile". Really we should factor out all of the other common stuff as well into a common_configure profile and be done with it in one go. Specifically this stuff:
