Summary

Adds a short Telemetry section to the README documenting the DO_NOT_TRACK=1 opt-out.

Lands the user-facing compliance disclosure ahead of the actual Laminar wiring. No code changes; no behavior changes. The plumbing (build-time key inject, runtime gate) lands in a separate PR once the OSS Laminar project + GitHub Actions secret exist.

Wording

BrowserCode sends anonymous usage traces to help improve the project. To opt out, set DO_NOT_TRACK=1 in your environment.

DO_NOT_TRACK is the de-facto standard (Homebrew, npm, Astro, Gatsby, etc.). Env over flag so users set it once.

Verification

  • git diff is README-only, +5 lines.
