This PR adds a complete Flutter example demonstrating how to integrate Civic Auth (OAuth2/OIDC) in a mobile app, featuring a modern UI and full authentication flow, with complete parity to the React Native implementation. (Haven't tested on web. - did a test on iOS only)
Includes setup instructions, architecture overview, and screenshots.
