docs(telemetry): add kbc_non_sql_workspace tables and mark deprecated tables

Changes:

• Add documentation for new telemetry tables kbc_non_sql_workspace and kbc_non_sql_workspace_run (project mode, available to all users).
• Mark kbc_workspace as DEPRECATING – replaced by kbc_sql_workspace and kbc_non_sql_workspace (updated existing note).
• Mark kbc_data_app_workspace as DEPRECATING – replaced by kbc_non_sql_workspace_run.
• Mark kbc_data_science_sandbox as DEPRECATING – replaced by kbc_non_sql_workspace_run.
• Mark kbc_bucket_snapshot as DEPRECATING – replaced by the current state in kbc_bucket.
• Mark kbc_table_snapshot as DEPRECATING – replaced by the current state in kbc_table.
