Overview
Updates Node.js “latest” resolution to v26.0.0. latestVersions.json now maps latest (and adds latest-v26.x) to v26.0.0, and updates the node-latest.tar.gz pointer accordingly.

Refreshes release directory metadata and symlinks. cachedDirectories.json adds latest-v26.x/ and v26.0.0/ entries (with updated index metadata), and fileSymlinks.json repoints node-config-schema.json to nodejs/release/v26.0.0/docs/node-config-schema.json.
