fix: Update README, commit 'dist'

• Update the file patterns functionality to use the built in glob function provided in Node 22 and beyond.
  • This allows more fine-tuning of what files are considered when the action runs, which will save tokens.
• Check in the dist folder, as the action needs that compiled bundle to run in a remote repo.
