Automatically collapse inactive categories in DMS settings.

Use Case

Currently, all categories in the settings menu remain expanded, even if they are not actively used. This can make the settings page feel cluttered and harder to navigate.

Proposed Solution

Automatically collapse categories that are not currently active or enabled.
Optionally:

• Expand the category once a toggle inside it is enabled
• Remember the expanded/collapsed state

If possible, this could be optional via a toggle in settings.

I think what I'll do is just implement memory for the expanded/collapsed state. Some of them I like to keep expanded for example since I access them frequently
