node: add upstream patch to fix webpack build

currently node 23 is causing some webpack build issue, and adding the upstream revert PR to would help address it.

relates to:

• 23.2 breaks a few packages that use json trough webpack (date-fns) nodejs/node#55826
• Revert "src: migrate String::Value to String::ValueView" nodejs/node#55828
