Add creator to dataset level

Description of the issue

To be compatible to DataCite, a key about the "author/creator" is needed at the dataset level.

This requirement contradicts the concept of contributors in datapackage.
It is a duplicate information with less information.

The role "Creator" or "DatasetCreator" is not part of the DataCite contributorType. But is completely clear.

Having 3 default entries in the "contributors" section is suggested:

2. "roles": ["DataCollector"], "object": "data",
3. "roles": ["DataCurator"], "object": "metadata",
