[Bug]: Startup error when specifying WebSocket URL in Docker deployment

Startup script below:
sudo docker run -it -d -p 3001:3000 -v /var/run/docker.sock:/var/run/docker.sock -v ~/.openhands:/.openhands --add-host host.docker.internal:host-gateway -e LOG_ALL_EVENTS=true -e SANDBOX_RUNTIME_CONTAINER_IMAGE=docker.openhands.dev/openhands/runtime:595d1a0-nikolaik -e SANDBOX_STARTUP_GRACE_SECONDS=120 -e SANDBOX_CONTAINER_URL_PATTERN="https://******.com" --name openhands-app-595d1a0 docker.openhands.dev/openhands/openhands:595d1a0

I notice one issue in your documented syntax. That should include :${port} so that the dynamic port of agent-server is substituted. As is, everything is trying to connect to port 443.
