making this issue since this was reported as a bug, however bug was on POB side

PDR scaled with catalyst that does not affect the mod

mod incorrectly has damage tag in POB(simple fix for someone who knows what they are doing), should only have physical tag(or none for POB since nothing scales just that tag)

add item in POB, select PDR, add catalyst
