Install SGDK 1.6
Put your inputs like so: res/inputs/dayX.input where X is the day number
Run this command to build the ROM:
%GDK%\bin\make -f %GDK%\makefile.gen clean && %GDK%\bin\make -f %GDK%\makefile.gen
