Removes debug info provider usage and updates the idb-rs version.
TODO: More features, namely export to type library. Might turn this into a library and link to it when #7959 is merged, so we can use the same facilities as that instead (for creating BNTL type libraries that is)Translating TIL to BNTL can be done later
