Not possible now.

keepasshttp plugin do not expose OTP codes.

Plans:
I am not sure if I have time and motivation to do it. This is one of many projects.
My initial goal was to provide maintenance ONLY for it, nothing crazy (new features) because we don't need more things to fail, we need existing ones to work flawlessly.

If I had known thousands of people would enjoy it, I would have done it; but the audience is very small now, so I spend my time where it matters. I hope you understand.

I will keep this one opened and treat it as a feature request but without any promises.
