CC attribute to be deprecated or kept? Final proposal is to keep it

As per the 2021-04-29 Board Meeting, the CC attribute:

will be marked as deprecated in the documentation by including this line.

<xsd:documentation>Deprecated. Where possible, the Gylph element should be used instead with the associated and more precise GC and VC attributes.</xsd:documentation>

Based on last discussions and on the reduced usage of glyphs in practice, we figure out that CC attribute is still quite useful. Forcing glyphs output in case character level confidence is needed may not be a good idea since this add a lot of overhead and increase ALTO file size without bringing real valuable information.
In conlusion, the last proposal is to keep CC paramether rather than removing it. Please vote for this - ACCEPT means we should make no change and keep CC, REJECT means you still consider a good idea to get rid of this parameter.
