Interoperability with https://istio.io/

first of all great work @davidjumani :)

The loadbalancer is not detected by istio.

kubect-n istio-system get svcem

Currently deployed with istio-1.12.0.

I am not sure about the requirements for making it work at this point but anyone thought about it ?
