Adds Xcobean Systems Limited to the CloudStack users list.
We are a Kenyan cloud and connectivity provider running Apache CloudStack (4.22) for our IaaS platform, hosting ISP and enterprise workloads across two data centers in Nairobi and Mombasa.
We are also an active contributor — see PR #12805 (NAS backup NPE fix) and issues #12679, #12821, #12825, #12829, #12795.
