Shared Filesystem fails to deploy properly on ConfigDrive networks

problem

When deploying a Shared Filesystem appliance on a ConfigDrive network it boots and reports as up successfully, however the data volume is not prepared nor exported.

ACS 4.20 KVM

The steps to reproduce the bug

1. Create isolated network with ConfigDrive
2. Deploy FS
3. Check console
   ...

What to do about it?

Adjust cloud-init and scripts OR document configdrive networks as unsupported..
