Object Storage & Backup limits are missing

There are no support for account/project/domain/global limits on (a) object storage buckets and (b) object storage size in CloudStack. A user can overwhelm an object storage infra without such limits (which are seen elsewhere in other cloudstack resources). Similar issue for VM backups.
