Description of changes:
GIthub Actions now runs a sample stream (samplekinesis_wordputter.py) and the sample app of the KCL (amazon_kclpy_helper.py) to test functionality for every PR/push made against the master and v2.x branches.
Implemented a small fix in amazon_kclpy_helper so that it properly generates commands for non-posix os.
