Update VSCode JSON language server to 1.113.0

Hi, could you update the bundled JSON language server to the 1.113.0 (latest) VSCode release?
We need a new feature for configuring severity levels for the JSON validation in our RCP application. Specifically we need it to turn off schema validation, while still keeping syntax validation and content assist and so on.

Relevant change: microsoft/vscode#289615.

I saw that the last release was in November, but if a new release is planned soon, it would be great to have this included.
