Feature/motorgo support

Description

• Update espp submodule for latest motorgo api changes
• Add tinys3_test_stand component encapsulating all the components and initialization for it
• Update main to allow kconfig switch between using the tinys3 test stand or the motorgo mini.

Motivation and Context

Makes the code a lot cleaner and easier to re-use / port with other hardware. Also supports the use of the motorgo mini which is awesome :)

How has this been tested?

Building and running main on both tinys3 test stand and on motorgo mini.
