Is there a guarantee react native app will not be rejected in the future in the app store?

We can't guarantee anything, but there are already several React Native apps in the App Store with no friction so far, and multiple companies are making big bets on this technology so there will be a lot of motivated folks doing their best to make sure that doesn't change going forward.
