opentelemetry-gcp-resources is tracked in shared-deps, right? I'm guessing nio just pulled in a higher version and the version wasn't be managed by us?

The java-storage-nio module pulled the Jackson version from opentelemetry-gcp-resources. This happened to be newer than our managed version. |

opentelemetry-gcp-resources depends on Jackson 2.18.3 where our pom has 2.18.2.
This version bump should resolve the check failures in java-storage-nio migration #12311 (comment) :
