The failure here is in the R obis notebook and should be fixed when iobis/obistools#88 is merged. This one is ready for a second round of review and merge! |

Do the .lock files need to be updated? Since we changed the environment.yml |

Not at the moment b/c they capture the old iris from before the repodatapatch. I'm planning on either fixing iris or the notebooks, then I'll update the lockfiles. |
