fix lldb script on xcode 12

Python API seems to have removed the lldb.target global variable.
This works also on Xcode-11.0.

After upgrade the ios - deploy the latest version, the file "/ usr/local/lib/node_modules/ios - deploy/build/Release/ios - deploy" replace "/ flutter/bin/cache/artifacts/ios - deploy"
