Bump Humanizer.Core from 2.14.1 to 3.0.10

Upgrades Humanizer.Core to 3.0.10 and fixes the resulting breaking API change: the Humanizer.Inflections namespace was removed in v3.x, with Vocabularies now living directly under Humanizer.

Description

Humanizer.Core 3.x removed the Humanizer.Inflections namespace. Vocabularies (used for custom singularization rules in PowerShellFormatter) is now in the root Humanizer namespace. Removes the now-invalid using Humanizer.Inflections; directive.
